Privacy policy
Draft for review — last updated August 12, 2026. Final text is subject to counsel approval.
1.Information we collect
We collect what you give us and what your listing requires. That includes your name, email address, and phone number when you create an account; the property address, ownership details, and the NWMLS Form 1 answers you enter in the listing wizard; the photographs you upload; and the documents you sign.
Payment card details are entered directly with our payment processor and are never stored on our systems — we retain only the last four digits, the card brand, and the result of the charge. We also collect basic technical information sent by your browser, such as IP address, device and browser type, and the pages you visit.
2.How we use it
We use your information to create and maintain your listing, to submit it to the Northwest Multiple Listing Service, to take payment for the flat fee you selected, to prepare and deliver documents for signature, and to contact you about your listing.
We use technical information to keep the service secure and to diagnose faults. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising unrelated to your listing.
4.How long we keep it
Washington real estate regulation and NWMLS rules require a brokerage to retain transaction records, including listing agreements and signed disclosures, for a defined period after a listing closes or expires. We keep those records for at least that period.
Account information is kept while your account is open. Draft listings that never went live, and the photographs attached to them, are deleted on request. The exact retention period is being confirmed and will be stated here before this policy takes effect.
5.Your choices and rights
You can review and correct your account details at any time from your dashboard, and you can ask us to correct information in a live listing by submitting a change request.
You can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — subject to the record-retention obligations described above, which we are not able to waive. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We will not treat you differently for exercising these rights.
6.Security
Payments are processed by Stripe and card numbers never reach our systems. Documents are signed through BoldSign. Files and photographs are stored in Microsoft Azure.
Access to seller records inside our broker tools is limited to licensed staff who need it to review and enter a listing, and administrative actions taken on a listing are recorded in an audit trail. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee that unauthorised access will never occur.
7.Changes to this policy
We will update this page when our practices change, and the date shown at the top records when it was last revised. If a change materially affects how we handle your information, we will tell you by email before it takes effect.
